SAT NAM RASAYAN
Sat Nam Rasayan is a healing and relaxation method that comes from India and Tibet and is closely related to Kundalini Yoga. It is one of the most powerful techniques for healing and relaxation. During a Sat Nam Rasayan session, the healer works from the ‘Sacred Space’ (a meditative state) from which every physical, emotional or mental illness can be treated. After a Sat Nam Rasayan treatment, the client experiences a deep feeling of relaxation and he will feel more balanced.

My Spiritual name is Sarab Daman Kaur, I come from Italy where I started my study and practice in Kundalini Yoga. I work as a massage therapist and I’m specialized in Sat Nam Rasayan healing treatment. My way of work is gentle, quiet, and intuitive. My clients love how treatment helps them to discharge stress and enjoy very deep and healing relaxation.
The deep state relaxation and healing is called ‘Shuniya’, resistances and blockages dissolve and the changes in the physical, mental and emotional system happen.
